Make it Comfortable, Make it Stylish, Make it Home
You can’t have a stylish garden without putting the effort needed to maintain it. No matter how many decorative statues, wind chimes, or even follies, if they are covered by branches, or overgrown by weeds, they can’t play their part. And yes, some garden decorations are intentionally meant to be partially concealed, I can’t imagine why anyone would want a completely covered birdbath or bench. I mean really what would be the point, just lazy and wasteful is all I can come up with.
Thus, as Spring approaches so does the time for a thorough garden clean up. A list of chores should be of use, as will a sensible approach. To get ready, and to do this right a wheelbarrow, and a a bucket will play an essential role. Put all of the biodegradable matter that you collect into the wheelbarrow. Hang the bucket (a heavy duty one) over one of the sides of the wheelbarrow and put the other garbage in it. Then you will have the branches, and cuttings to place on the compost heap, and the things like broken plastic pots, and labels can be sent to the bin.
All of your necessary chores, and steps will be effectively structured. It will make a big difference in the amount of time the clean up will take overall. And who doesn’t like to take measures to make work simpler, and smarter?
