Mostly, we think of kids as being found most commonly running around outside, or doing the same inside. With all that running around, interacting with germs and other people is a constant. Thus, while paying attention to your own food intake, you can incorporate some good stuff for the kids too. Specifically, I mean help to build a better immunity.

Of course many of the items known to be immunity boosters do not naturally appeal to children, but there are some that do. So, you might not get away with mackerel, or oat cakes, still you might just be surprised at what you can sneak in. Some really great superfoods are sweet potato, Brazil nuts, probiotic yogurt, kiwi, pineapple and hummus. These will give you and your entire family a healthy hit.
